calendar of hmis events and training
The following calendar provides information about how to participate
in different kinds of events that are held regularly all
over the state:
1) Trainings - highlighted green, for training sessions for new HMIS users; HMIS trainings involve a fee and registration. Click on the particular training or date for time, location, and information about how to sign up. 2) User Group Meetings - highlighted blue, for current HMIS users; this is an open Q & A forum that is open to anyone who wants to come and discuss how it’s going. It’s like a support group for different agencies as they learn to use the system. Free of charge, but reservations are appreciated. Click on the particular meeting or date for time and location. 3) Governing Group Meetings – highlighted purple, for Governing Group members to discuss the latest issues regarding HMIS; this is a public forum, but only official members are allowed to vote on official decisions. Click on the particular meeting or date for time and location. 4) Other HMIS Events – highlighted orange. Click on the particular event or date for time and location.
