HMIS Governing Group and interested others -
(1) Next meeting is April 16th, 10:00-3:00, in Saint Paul (Wilder Center, 451 Lexington Parkway North, Saint Paul, MN 55104)
Note: Some earlier communication had indicated April 12, so please check your calendar and update to April 16. The decision to move this meeting to Saint Paul (previously scheduled for Saint Cloud) was based on a vote we took via e-mail, following a suggestion to do so at the February Governing Group meeting.
Some of you have asked for updates on the “Re-imagining HMIS” project that MN Housing is heading up. The proposal is in the process of going to the Philips Foundation. (Thank you to everyone who provided feedback to MN Housing on the initial draft!) MN Housing expects the project to be funded, and once the funding is officially secured, MN Housing will be seeking a consultant to lead the project. We will do our best to keep everyone informed as that project develops. It is very likely that the Governing Group, especially including those who volunteered at the last meeting to participate in a sub-group focused on the project, will have much more involvement in the project as it unfolds. Stay tuned!
