• How ServicePoint pulls information into the HUD APR - This is proprietary information and cannot be added to this website. To access the white paper containing details of how ServicePoint uses the data you enter to generate the APR, you first need to log into ServicePoint. On the home page, in the NewsFlash column there is an announcement with the heading, "HUD APR". Click on the link for the full story and a page from our website will appear. HUD requires you to complete the following portions of ServicePoint.
Data entry forms provided for your convenience

• Microsoft Word format—print or save to your computer
• Re-format to fit your agency's needs. Feel free to modify these forms to make them more useful for your agency, for example by taking out questions labeled "optional" or combining with other forms that you need for your own agency's purposes.
