DHS OEO Programs Annual Reporting Deadline is August 15th
The annual reporting deadline for DHS OEO funded projects is August 15th, 2022 for the reporting period from 07/1/22 – 06/30/23.
Reports due for OEO HYA Emergency Shelter and Youth Supportive Housing projects:
Reports due for OEO THP projects:
OEO HYA and THP reports should be sent to: OEO.Shelter.and.Housing.DHS@state.mn.us in Excel format.
Reports for OEO HUD ESG and ESP projects:
ESG and ESP projects should upload their CAPERs to the Sage HMIS Reporting Repository (Sage). Access to Sage is gained via hyperlinks that are distributed by DHS OEO.
