Scheduled Downtime - Community Services

Community Services (formerly known as ServicePoint) will be down starting at 5 a.m. on Friday, July 21, 2023. ICA anticipates this will take no more than one hour, but may be down for up to two hours.

This Community Services upgrade includes the following:

• The "Rhymis Export" is now called "Hashed HMIS CSV"

  • This renamed export should be used for RHY and YHDP reporting.

  • The RHY and YHDP HMIS User Guides on the Forms and Instructions page have been updated to reflect this change.

  • In addition, end users will be able to select any Entry/Exit Type when using the Hashed HMIS CSV export.

  • For interested end users, this update to the Hashed HMIS CSV will enable the use of HUD’s new data quality tool, HMIS Eva. This tool is not required by HUD or MN and is not included in the data quality resources that ICA currently provides.

• BusinessObjects access following a password reset RESOLVED!

  • The issue with end users' access to BusinessObjects being temporarily disabled following a password reset has been resolved! End users will no longer need to wait for the the next warehouse build to regain access to BusinessObjects after a password reset.
