Change to Release Schedule

To reduce the weekly disruption HMIS users experience Thursday midday when changes are released via sync, we are shifting to every-other week syncs beginning October 8. The syncs will continue to be on Thursday afternoons. 

Details:

• Weekly syncs will continue through October 8th

• There will be no sync on October 15th

• October 22nd onward, syncs will occur every two weeks 

• Holidays: There will be no syncs on 11/26, and 2 weeks in a row: 12/25 and 12/31. 

• The new every two weeks schedule would resume starting with a sync on January 7, 2027.
