Missing your DQ Reports? Let Us Introduce you to Data Checkers

Remember running reports in Community Services to find highlighted Data Entry errors? Client Track provides a much easier way for users to find and fix errors. Reports will no longer have data quality tabs or highlighted errors. Instead, let me introduce you to…. Data Checkers.

Data Checkers are custom built searches that focus on critical errors that need to be fixed so that data can pull properly into reports. Rule of thumb… If there’s a Data Checker, always run it first for all of the programs you do data entry for, clean up errors, then run the full report.

Where do I find all the Data Checkers?
These reports can be found in the Home workspace.

I’ve run the Data Checker and found errors, now what?
To fix errors, use the action menu (the 3 dots next to each row) to view data correction options. The options in the action menu change based on what errors are present for a row.

Can I start using Data Checkers today, and are these all of the Data Checkers?
Yes, you can use any available Data Checkers today, and there are more that will be available very soon!  Filter our Report Collection V2 Report Directory for Report Location "Home > Data Checkers".
