MN HMIS Governing Board Seats: At-Large & End User Seats

The MN HMIS Governing Board is seeking applicants for the At-Large & End User seats on the board. To learn more and apply please click the button below. We look forward to reviewing the applications!

The new terms will run for three years starting on 9/1/2025. The Board will review the list of applicants to select candidates for these seats. If there are resignations before a term is up, the Governing Board will use this list of applicants to choose someone to fill the rest of the open term.

The form will remain open until June 5, 2025.
