Save the Date! The MN HMIS Annual Meeting is on December 10, 2025

The MN HMIS Governing Board would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM for the 2025 HMIS Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting will be 100% virtual.

Last year’s Annual Meeting theme was Our Transition to ClientTrack. It started with the sharing of our vision and mission statement, introduction to Board Members, successes and challenges of the transition to ClientTrack including life after go-live, committee updates, and bylaw changes. Please join us this year as we review all the developments and work in 2025 which will help us to connect with our vision and mission that centers the client and user experience, connects people to resources, and drives decisions so that we equitably prevent and end homelessness in Minnesota.
