APR/CE APR/CAPER Updates
Our HMIS vendor, Wellsky, has not yet updated the following HUD-mandated reports in alignment with the start of the federal fiscal year (October 1) - the APR, CE APR, ESG CAPER, and PATH reports.
Wellsky has projected they will release the reports over the next few months on the timeline displayed below:
CoC APR – December 28, 2023
ESG CAPER – December 28, 2023
CE APR – February 15, 2024
PATH Annual Report – March 7, 2024
We are monitoring this very closely and will make sure that grant leadership and grantees stay updated on the latest. We will communicate timeline specifics directly to CoC Leadership and ESG/PATH Recipients (ie DHS, Cities, Counties, as applicable), who will then ensure all grantees are directly informed of the latest.
Please note that HUD is fully aware of this delay. Grantees do not need to request report extensions that are a result of this report availability delay. But grantees should add any documentation they receive from CoC, ESG, and PATH leadership to their grant files.
