FY24 Data Standards Report Updates: Progress Update

When the FY24 HUD and MN Data Standards changes went into effect on October 1, 2023, they impacted nearly every custom report in our library. Until they are updated, reports will show incorrect and missing information. We know that users need up-to-date reports to do their jobs, and we are working hard to make updates so users can confidently run the reports they need.

Here's a snapshot of our progress so far:

So far, 45 reports in our library are compliant with the FY24 Data Standards! We've got two reports in progress, and seven more slated for update in December.

Wondering how to find out which reports are completed, and when the reports you need are scheduled for update? REPORTcollection is the place to go!

The "Estimated Fix" field lets you know when a report is scheduled to be updated and when updates have been completed. If that field says “Completed”, you can run the version of the report that appears in the SSA Report Gallery in BusinessObjects. If it says anything else, the report has not yet been updated and may contain incorrect or missing information.

Once a report’s updates are completed, please keep in mind that any older version you have marked as a "Favorite" will not contain the updates. You will need to find the current version in the SSA Report Gallery and replace it as a Favorite.
