Continuous Improvement is Here to Stay - Upcoming Changes to Look and Feel of ClientTrack
Next month, our vendor will release a few changes to the look and feel of ClientTrack.
Early in 2025, our software vendor, Eccovia, was acquired by CaseWorthy, Inc. At ICA, we are excited for the possibilities as the two companies have complimentary strengths.
These are the first set of improvements they are pursuing to unify products and branding. The goal is to bring the best features of their products together in a single platform. In the long run, this will mean improvements like reporting performance. For now, the changes are minor.
The first change you will see is on the HMIS login screen which will display “ClientTrack by CaseWorthy”.
The new logo for the combined software application.
In recognition of the concerns its customers may have about this unexpected news, CaseWorthy has committed to proactively and transparently communicating details, including release dates and the expected impact of any system changes. As the lead agency of Minnesota’s HMIS, ICA is similarly committed to sharing with you any important information we receive from CaseWorthy. We are also engaging with them to limit the potential for disruptions to our users’ experience, and taking advantage of this moment to advocate for things we believe would make ClientTrack a better tool.
The first set of changes will be applied on December 1st, and will be purely cosmetic. Examples include a login page with a new logo and color palette, and the replacement of ClientTrack’s mascot “Skippy” with a new icon. For more details, including screenshots, take a look at our release notes. There, you can find a “ClientTrack/CaseWorthy Merger” category we’ve added to make it easy to track changes related to the merger.
