Save the Date: The MN HMIS Annual Meeting is December 10th

The MN HMIS Governing Board would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 9:30am - 11:30am for the 2025 HMIS Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting will be 100% virtual. You must register to be able to attend.

The HMIS Annual Meeting is a time for us to come together to celebrate what we’ve accomplished and ground ourselves for the year ahead. Here are some ideas for you to make the Annual Meeting extra FUN this year!

• Host or join a watch party with other HMIS enthusiasts in your community! Donuts & coffee, breakfast potluck, 9:30am pizza party, the possibilities are endless! Take this opportunity to build relationships and bond over your love for data.

• Play HMIS bingo! Print out our Annual Meeting bingo cards for yourself and your colleagues. Dust off your bingo daubers, get creative with stickers, or cross off squares with a pen as you notice things during the meeting. Choose one of three bingo cards! We will have a few prizes to those who get a bingo and send into us. Please email us a photo or scan of your bingo and we’ll let you know if you’ve won.

Get creative and make it a morning to remember. Send the HMIS Governing Board an email after the meeting to let us know what you did! Pictures welcome! We’ll send out a special shoutout in an upcoming newsletter. And a special thank you goes out to Cara Oakland (MN HMIS Finance Committee Chair and CoC Coordinator for the Northeast CoC) for the fun ideas and bingo cards!
