New User Training Site: Scheduled Updates 9/8  

HMIS New User Training is getting an update! One year ago we made the transition to a new HMIS software. Since then, we've learned more about the information you need during your HMIS new user training journey.

What this means for you:

• The HMIS New User Training website Moodle will be temporarily offline beginning at 8 am on Monday, September 8th.

• If you or a team member needs to register for training, we encourage you to wait until these updates are complete as we anticipate an improved user experience navigating through the courses on the other side of this update. If training is more urgent, please register as soon as possible and prepare to complete training by September 4. We will stop processing New User Training Requests on September 4th, and resume once the updates are made.

• If all goes to plan, Moodle should be back online by 8 am, September 9th. If you have any questions about the update or your training status, please reach out to the helpdesk!
