Important Update: HMIS Login URL Change

Our software vendor has announced an upcoming change to the web address (URL) used to access HMIS. This update does not affect your data, user accounts, or system functionality—but it does mean you’ll need to update how you access HMIS.

What’s changing?

The ClientTrack login URL is being updated as part of ongoing platform and security improvements by CaseWorthy.

What you need to do

  • Update any saved bookmarks or favorites to the new HMIS URL once it’s live.

  • If your organization has any internal login instructions, update those materials.

  • If you access HMIS from a shared desktop, make sure those links are refreshed.

For a period of time, the old URL will redirect automatically—but this will not last forever. Updating your bookmark now will help prevent future access issues.

What’s not changing

  • Your username and password

  • Your HMIS data

  • Your day‑to‑day workflows in ClientTrack

If you have trouble accessing HMIS after the change, please contact the HMIS Helpdesk.
