License and Billing Address Change

To distinguish ICA MN's role in the license and billing process from that of our Accounts Receivable department, we've changed the email address used to communicate with agencies regarding renewals.

Beginning in the Spring of 2025, ICA's Accounts Receivable department, based out of the central office in Iowa, took over the issuance of invoices for HMIS licenses. ICA MN has continued to do outreach to agencies to confirm renewals, billing contact changes, and related activities.

To further distinguish our role of collecting information versus managing the financial components of the process, we have changed our email address from mnbilling@icalliances to mnlicenses@icalliances.org. For the time being, any messages directed to the old billing address will be forwarded to the new one.

Invoices and payment reminders will continue to come from Accounts Receivable and Airtable Automations.
