Pause And Canceled Workflows Can Cause Major Issues

Cancelling or exiting an enrollment before you finish it still creates the enrollment. This results in missing information that can negatively impact your clients or your project in a number of ways:

  • It may not have critical information to prioritize them for housing

  • Your client may not count in reports--everyone's hard work won't be reflected by the data

  • Your enrollment will be out of compliance with your funder

  • You will need to go back and complete the missing data at a later date

To prevent this, always finish workflows (or go back end complete them later). To fix this issue, please follow the appropriate steps in this Knowledge Base article to either complete, edit, or delete the enrollment.
