Looking Ahead: Requiring an Enrollment When Recording Batch Services

The Batch Services form is used primarily by day shelters and drop-in centers to record services using a Scan Card ID.

The Batch Services form is allowing users to record a service without an enrollment when using Scan Card IDs, despite the enrollment field appearing to be required. An enrollment is required prior to recording services for these projects, and the current issue is allowing users to bypass this step.

Once implemented, users will be blocked from recording a service unless the client has an associated enrollment. We anticipate this change to be released into Production in October. You can track progress of this release item in Release Notes.
