Seeing A VI-SPDAT Question? You're In The Wrong Place

If you find a VI-SPDAT when doing a CE Assessment, that is a sign you are in the wrong place. CE Assessments should only be done using the Coordinated Entry Assessors workgroup and in the Coordinated Entry Workspace. If you have done an assessment from the wrong place, your assessment is missing information needed for prioritization.

We have heard recently of folks finding a VI-SPDAT when doing a CE Assessment. Finding a VI-SPDAT while completing a CE Assessment is a sign you are in the wrong place. CE Assessments should only be done using the Coordinated Entry Assessors workgroup (first picture below), and in the Coordinated Entry Workspace (second picture below). To fix this, you will need to recreate the assessment using the correct settings after deleting the prior enrollment you created with the incorrect settings.
