Reporting Question & Answer (Q&A) Webinars
Thank you for the feedback you shared about reporting in the spring community survey! In response to that feedback, ICA is launching a new Reporting Q&A webinar series to highlight what reporting tools are currently available in HMIS, to offer a preview of the new tools and report enhancements in development, and to get your input on what is and isn’t working with HMIS reporting.
Every fourth Tuesday from 2:30 pm to 3:20 pm, ICA’s Reporting and Evaluation Team will hold a webinar open to all users of Minnesota’s HMIS. Each session will begin with a brief presentation on recent and upcoming report changes, as well as tips and tricks to get the most out of reports. The second part of each session will be devoted to question and answer time, giving you an opportunity to get the information you require and providing us with a chance to learn about your reporting needs.

Reporting One-on-One Consultations
In addition to the new reporting webinars, ICA continues to offer one-on-one reporting consultations by video call. However, we are changing our approach a bit, shifting the focus to the following topics:
Identifying existing reports that meet your specific needs
Assistance in submitting custom reporting requests when existing reports cannot meet your needs
Using the REPORTcollectionV2 repository to find and run reports in ClientTrack
Learning how specific reports calculate or pull data
Providing ICA’s Reporting and Evaluation team with feedback
