Helpdesk Summer Hours

We’re stepping away early on Fridays! Beginning June 6, 2025, and ending on August 29, 2025, the Helpdesk will have shortened hours on Fridays, closing at 12:30 pm.

At ICA, we support communities in making data-driven decisions. We are taking small steps like this one to live out those values in our work, too. Helpdesk data shows you email us less often in the summer, especially on Fridays. We hope that you are stepping away to rest, recharge, and enjoy the summer sun (there is good data to support the power of stepping away from work!).

HD Summer Hours:
Mondays	10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Tuesdays	9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesdays	9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Thursdays	9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Fridays	9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Even when we are closed, we have resources to support you. Emails received outside of Helpdesk operating hours will be addressed the next scheduled day. If you have questions while the Helpdesk is closed, our Knowledge Base might have the answers you need.
