Software Transition Update

We are back with another update about our transition to ClientTrack. To meet our targeted go-live date successfully, ICA will stop some areas of our operations in Community Services.

Normal Activities on Pause

We are no longer supporting the following in Community Services: changes to assessments & reports, processing new data requests, requests for agencies to join HMIS. We also closed training for new users until we start training everyone in ClientTrack.

Please visit our training webpage or contact our Helpdesk and we will guide you through options.

Other important news

-The go-live timing is on track for summer 2024.

- Our Helpdesk is still open but with reduced hours, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. Please check here for any updates regarding Helpdesk availability.

-Please keep entering data into Community Services even as our support changes.

If you have not, please go back and watch the first video on how you can prepare for the coming software transition.

We appreciate the feedback we have received over the years for what you want Minnesota’s HMIS to be and we are energized to build you a better HMIS.
