The Knowledge Base Is Leveling Up!

In response to feedback we have received from users, ICA is updating the organizational structure and content of the HMIS Knowledge Base to make information easier to find and easier to understand. To achieve these goals, we are introducing role-based categories, with articles being organized by common roles users occupy in HMIS. Alongside the structural improvements, Knowledge Base articles are being shortened, edited for clarity, and enhanced by the inclusion of more example images, animated GIFs, and videos.

As these revisions are currently being made, you may have already noticed the contents of some Knowledge Base articles changing. We are aiming to switch over to the new organizational structure at the end of June: stay tuned for more information!
